Three links

I found these three articles recently, and thought they were good reads.

The first one is about running, and what kind of shoes to wear.

The second one is about the real dangers to our technological infrastructure.

The last is about professionalism in computer code; especially in comments. I sympathize with the writer of this one.

Those are all things that interest me.

"Now" is clearly a very vague term.

Are you going to take to running barefoot?

I don't think concrete is very conducive to barefootedness. However, I have decided to run in my indoor soccer shoes, which have thin soles and not a whole lot of "structure". I ran on Tuesday, and I really do think it was good. I found myself using my leg muscles much more in order to control things, and I think there was much less up-and-down pounding, and more running.

On the third article: are you for or against 'unprofessional' comments?
