the slings and arrows of outrageous fortune

There is a great dilemma which I believe has faced many men at one point or another in their lives. At first blush, it seems to be one of those decisions that is impossible to make rightly.

I am, of course, speaking of the occasion of sudden and simultaneous desires for ice cream and beer.

To all men who have not discovered the answer, Behold! I tell you a mystery! You do not have to choose!

To all men who wonder what I could possibly mean by saying something which has so much of the savor of those things which are simply too good to be true, I declare: Wild Goose Oatmeal Stout mixed with Breyer's Peach ice cream is a gift too wonderful to be described by human lips. Thankfully, it is NOT a gift too wonderful to be enjoyed by human lips. Therefore, rejoice! No longer must you choose one or the other; no longer must you go to bed having had neither because choosing one over the other was simply impossible. No! But get thee to a tall glass, and enjoy Beer mixed with Ice Cream!

I had been wondering if it wasn't possible to make a non-root bear float. Now I know.

Interesting, I've never thought of that... I suppose it's because I don't like root beer and thus don't make a habit of drinking root beer floats.

Peter, you've given me a ridiculous craving for Breyer's Peach ice cream... yes, even for breakfast. :-P
