This editorial, from August 2006, almost makes me cry. All the stuff I've read in the news, about VT being a bucolic, safest-place-in-the-world type campus....and there was an incident in which a building was evacuated on August 21st, 2006?!?!?!?!?

And someone was intelligent enough to write an op-ed piece about it.

And no one paid any attention.



AND THIRTY TWO PEOPLE WERE MURDERED.
